“For the most part this place was great! The manager is very kind and helpful. She let us stay a bit longer than check out because of getting stuck in the mud near by. It felt fairly clean but we didn’t feel comfortable using the coffee maker because there was water in it when we arrived, stuff was dusty and there was no soap to use. The manager responded to messages easily at first but once we arrived and had a couple questions she ended up never replying. I would still stay here again and there……

“Excellent service, very clean, updated and affordable. Though some may be turned off by the mobile home park next door, it was a great alternative to the in Steamboat over the Holidays. Comfortable room (King Kitchenette) with everything we needed for a short stay. We will happily book there again.”

“We had a wonderful weekend getaway staying at this condo with our two young boys! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches - our kids loved the library cart with books for all ages and a wide selection of board board games. The kitchen was well-appointed, and we appreciated the new and incredibly comfortable bedding and plush towels.
