“The property was great for three adults since it has three bedrooms with queen or larger beds. Townhouse is very user friendly, and is a quick drive to downtown Edwards, which has plenty of restaurants and shops. Within easy driving distance of a few great ski resorts. Was a great home base location for our ski trip at a reasonable price.”

“In short, this place is amazing. Theres so much room to bring large groups, it makes the affordability outstanding. If you're looking for a mountain lodge just outside of town for large family or friend groups, this has it all. Every room was equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is massive and theres ping pong and shuffleboard for kids and adults. Two large hot tubs sit out back and the surroundings are nice and quiet. Bring all your ski equipment in the winter and store it all in the ski……

“We had 9 family members in our party. Everyone had a comfy bed and plenty of room to spread out. The house was very clean with plenty of fluffy towels and hot showers for all of us. Kitchen was just right with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to use. The kids played in the backyard and used the pool/ping pong table for family tournament. So much fun! Short drive to beaver creek for daily ski trips.”

“Our stay at the property was amazing. The pool view was incredible and Jorge our concierge was awesome helping us plan, excursions, transportation , restaurant recommendations….all the things. The house was beautiful, well stocked and in prime location. Can’t stay anything negative about our stay. ”

“Melinda's place perfectionated our week long ski trip with our old family friends. Weather was perfect and the scenary from the bay window by a fireplace was serene and made us feel at home. Everything was well appointed and a big waterfall kitchen island and a dining table made our gatherings even more enjoyable. Nice and quiet neighbor and we saw whitetail deer families as well in the neighbor. We are coming back Thank you!!!”

“This townhouse was perfect for our long weekend stay. Our son lives in Vail, we wanted to stay fairly close to him-we found this townhouse to be very reasonably priced. We enjoyed tours and restaurants of local towns and resorts, did some Nordic skiing and went on a side by side tour! We also traveled with our dogs, walking trails nearby!”

“This place was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a casual place where we could hang out and enjoy the weather around the grill and close enough that we could walk to bars and restaurants. Great host! We left a couple of personal items, and the host was kind enough to located them and ship them to us. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Two families with six children under 11 which can be difficult to manage, but the house was perfect. Great kids area with bunk beds in lowest floor allowing adults to escape and enjoy the home and tranquil location. Pool, hot tub and lifts are all a short walk and trails allow for ski in. ”
