“The house was perfect for our family of 6! The home itself is in a quiet neighborhood with great views out the windows and from the deck. Access to the 63 mile long Eagle Vail Trail is a 2 minute walk away. Restaurants, shops, coffee shops & a small grocery store are a 10-15 minute walk away. It is exactly what I was hoping for from our mountain vacation. Owner was super easy to work with and responded quickly. Would absolutely recommend!”

“In short, this place is amazing. Theres so much room to bring large groups, it makes the affordability outstanding. If you're looking for a mountain lodge just outside of town for large family or friend groups, this has it all. Every room was equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is massive and theres ping pong and shuffleboard for kids and adults. Two large hot tubs sit out back and the surroundings are nice and quiet. Bring all your ski equipment in the winter and store it all in the ski……

“We’ve stayed here multiple times because it’s such and and convenient place. Great location to walk to anything in downtown Edwards (groceries, shopping, plenty of restaurants). Easy drive/bike to Avon. Convenient covered parking with elevator to get your stuff to unit. Pool, hot tub and workout room are all nice amenities. Host is easy to communicate with. ”

“Our family of 21 stayed here for a family reunion/50th anniversary. We had tons of space, plenty of activities to do, and the kitchen was able to handle prepping and feeding everyone. The pool was close by and nice to have in the summer. We were even able to get groceries delivered to the house. The house had some quirks as all rentals do, and directions for some things like the A/C and the pool entrance were not correct. But overall this place worked out well. Be aware that if you have……
