“Great house for a family get together close to the ski resorts always have a fun time… New bar stools kitchen were not installed properly unfortunately and where a safety liability sitting on somebody didn’t tighten the screws”

“My family of 4 stayed here along with 15 other family members for a much needed "Family Reunion". We had a total of 8 adults and 11 kids and there was so much room for everyone. All the bedrooms had it's own private bathroom which was so nice when you have that many people trying to get ready each day. The oversize kitchen was amazing for us to gather in and cook, laugh and make memories. There was enough room for the kids to spread out and not bother their siblings. We were so thankful to……

“This property was great for our party of 8. There are two primary bedrooms with King beds and the upstairs was perfect for our 4 college age kids to have their own zone and not be on top of us. The location was absolutely lovely. Very pretty neighborhood, great for walking. We really enjoyed being in a quieter area, but still close to all the action of Beaver Creak, Avon and Edwards. The couple of (minor) house issues we had were dealt with promptly by management. As an aside: The only thing……

“Wonderful mountain home and we were lucky to get fresh snow for the tubing hill about 20-30 minute drive away. Everything we needed was there. The views are postcard worthy. As others have mentioned, the driveway deserves careful attention with the presence of snow/ice. There are many supplies to help, but take good care and try to arrive in daylight. ”

“My brother, myself and our adult children stayed at this awesome property for a week of skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail. The location was for skiing and access to Edwards/Avon was perfect. The condo was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. Our check-in/check-out was a breeze. Jeff is an amazing host with great communication and local recommendations. If we find ourselves back in the Beaver Creek area, I will look to book here first! Thanks for everything, Jeff!!”
