“In short, this place is amazing. Theres so much room to bring large groups, it makes the affordability outstanding. If you're looking for a mountain lodge just outside of town for large family or friend groups, this has it all. Every room was equipped with its own bathroom. The kitchen is massive and theres ping pong and shuffleboard for kids and adults. Two large hot tubs sit out back and the surroundings are nice and quiet. Bring all your ski equipment in the winter and store it all in the ski……

“The house is fantastic with amazing views. It is a little way from Steamboat we drove in so this was not a problem. We all enjoyed the large hot tub. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The primary bed is very tall and requires step stool. The kitchen is well stocked and well laid out. We did take a Keurig and Nespresso. The game room was very nice for the teens. We did have trouble with the fireplace in the TV room. You must use the firestarters and there were not left for us. Once……

“Traveled for spring break snowboarding as a family with two kids (8 and 10yo) and loved the location - Edwards is a true delight. Super convenient to Beaver Creek park and ride shuttle (13 dollars/day) as well as restaurants and a market. We had everything we needed close by. The space was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. Planning to come back in the Summer!”

“Second time at Arrowhead. Great location for a family ski week. Walk out the door to Arrowhead lift and to Beaver Creek Shuttle. Convenient ski locker. Underground parking but beware if you have a large SUV parking spots are tight.”

“The first time went much better! I’m not sure if we will rent this property again. I couldn’t get any communication from host when I asked for a late checkout, weeks before our stay. The front door lock does NOT work and you have to walk up the stairs by the deck and go in that door. The master bath ceiling started leaking once it started snowing, looks like it’s been an issue for a bit. At 10AM the morning of our departure, a man came out to look at hot tub & remarked “foul”.
