“Great location in quiet neighborhood close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park. Cozy cabin with ample room to relax inside and outside. Hot tub was much appreciated after exploring the park on snowshoes. Well-appointed kitchen for efficient meal prep. Beds were comfortable with great sheets, pillows, and soft bath towels.Very clean and neat inside and out. “The home is spectacular. It was perfectly laid out for our group which included 4 generations of our family with a beautiful master and 2 main floor bedrooms, with 2 separate bedrooms on the lower floor suitable for children. The views are stunning. The home is well stocked and impeccably furnished. The main room fireplace is huge and emits a lot of heat, which we loved, but may have added to our challenges with maintaining an even heat throughout the home, with the lower floor bathroom floor……

“This was the perfect place for our quick winter getaway to Estes Park. The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning! The kitchen was well stocked, there were a ton of games to play, and there were snowshoes/microspikes for us to use on our hikes in Rocky Mountain NP. The owner was great and provided a bunch of helpful information. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer, but we will be back and will stay here again! ”

“We had to book this trip last minute as the other property we had booked canceled due to some type of plumbing issue. The property was wonderful, had everything we needed, and was very close to town! It had a great back patio, so I have to imagine it would be even better in the summer!”

“We came up to Estes as we have for the past 15 years to celebrate our son’s forever 16th birthday. We were very pleased at how spacious and beautiful this house was, including nice bedrooms. The kitchen needed updated pots and pans but that is due to high usage. Overall, the place was very accommodating.Thank you”

There were a few properties very close to it that we did not expect and may be the reason we did not see any wildlife however, it didn’t really hinder our stay. The property behind ours was also doing some construction, which didn’t make for the best view, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our weekend. Overall this location is a very nice property and we would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great time at the Overlook! It was a great little cabin to getaway for the weekend and enjoy Estes Park. The host is great, they had notes around the cabin to help out. I feel like they went above and beyond to make our stay great.”

“The house was perfect for our son’s wedding; very clean, spacious and close to the wedding venue. There was plenty of room for all ages to relax and enjoy the experience. The owners have thought of everything in stocking the house. It was the perfect place for a perfect weekend!”

“This is everything that I could have asked for. We love Estes Park and just wanted a weekend getaway since I had the weekend off so this place exceeded our expectations. We brought our beagle and he loved the yard! Its hard to see in pictures but the fence does have wire which helped keep our puppy in the yard. The fireplace was our favorite part and was thankful to have some fire starter supplies the first day since we forgot ours. The bed was so cozy and loved the size of it. We will……
