“We stayed here for a few days while hiking at RMNP. The place was great. Throughout our stay, we saw a lot of Elk on the golf course behind the propery - which was fun, and it was very close to the park entrance (10 min), clean, and well-stocked for cooking. My only negative, that we missed this on the listing, was that it did not have A/C at all. No central A/C and they did not offer and plug-in A/C systems. When I asked about this, they said it was common that places in the area did not have……

“This house was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for 16 people. The theater, arcade and hot tub were all a hit. The weather was good and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching herds of elk stroll by. It's close to the shops in downtown Estes, RMNP and hiking trails. We all had a great time.”
