“The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! “As our grandkids get older we need a bigger space to accommodate everyone. This space was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was a special treat, clean, warm and large. We only cooked one meal during our stay, and we had to get creative finding appropriate pots and pans to pull it together. We would book this property again in a heartbeat! Thanks. ”

“Our stay was nothing short of MAGICAL!! The house, the amenities, the VIEWS! The location was perfect for our stay as it is about 35 minutes to everything we wanted to do…CU Boulder, Chautauqua Park, Arvada festival, Red Rocks (about 45 mins), downtown Golden. I was nervous about the winding mountain road to the house but it wasn’t bad at all and we got to see a lot of wildlife. We had a little nephew stay an afternoon with us and he had fun with the tinker toys, ping pong table, and swing set.……

“Loves all the decks around the house. Great views”

“Pros: Space, views, location. The view is spectacular. Good space for entertaining a family and having meals at home. Overall it was a nice homebase for exploring Colorado.Cons: living room screen door to porch is off the tracks, some of the windows don’t unlock to crank open, need better instructions on regulating heat/air, the garage floor needs cleaned out several inches of dirt, garage door wouldn’t close at one point and when I called left message and emailed..around 6:15pm on a……
