“The condo itself was beautiful with all amentities you could want. The problem is the property management company. You have to go offsite to get the keys, then the gates were not working and when I called twice they told me nothing wrong with gates and we ended up parking outside in Keystone parking lot and having to walk and carry our stuff I saw a handyman and he said gates were not working so they ended up sending someone to just leave gate open all weekend. “I don’t know about the other units, but the one we stayed was exceptional. Clean well decorated, comfortable beds, sheets, towels.. The pictures don’t do justice, however I was told that units are independently owned so they all look different. I learned the advantage of reserving with Expedia is because front desk can help you more. In our case, we got the keys at front desk. We needed a humidifier, extra towels, keys stopped working.
