“Great central location in Evergreen with so much easily within walking distance – restaurants, kayaking, morning pastries, evening libations, shopping, walk at the lake and more. “The property was excellent, plenty of room for my family. We came for a college graduation. It was quite far up the mountain, the views were sensational! Be prepared for the unpaved roads! We spent a few days in Nederland which was amazing, great food and cute shops. Quite a distance to both Denver and Boulder (where we attended a graduation) but a beautiful property overall!
