“This was a great place for our friend group, with plenty of room for 16 adults. You are in the mountains, but it is just a short drive from Boulder. The views from the property are awesome. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was walking down to the ponds and doing a walk around the property. There is a short, but fun trail that makes you feel in nature without leaving the property. ”

“Kids absolutely loved the downstairs and the parents enjoyed the upstairs and separation of space. The basketball hoops were amazing. Driveway is a bit sketchy but was really kind of fun to drive up after we finally got in. Great stay overall. ”

“My wife and I were in town for a wedding and it worked out great. You are literally a one block walk to the free shuttle, but you probably won't even take it. There are so many places to eat, drink, and be merry within walking distance. I loved that the kitchen was a little bit separated from the great room so we could cook and prepare without having everyone gather IN the kitchen...hahaha. The fall colors were incredible, the place impeccable, and the host VERY responsive. If I ever find myself……

“My son and I spent three nights at the house during a ski trip. The place was very comfortable and located close to town. One could easily walk downtown from the home.I really liked the kitchen. It is rare to see cast iron cookware in a rental, but we fried some steaks on it and they came out tasty.The beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was seemless. I would stay there again.”

“Great house for a family gathering. Only small issue was that the listing said there was a hot tub at the clubhouse and it’s out of order. Also no firewood. I highly recommend this house. ”
