“We love this place. This is our fourth or fifth time staying here. It is completely furnished with everything you need for a great visit to Bailey. Right off of Highway 85. Mountain views are great. The small neighborhood has a pool. The children play ground is right outside the front door. Everyone is nice to you. Planning our next visit now.”

“This is a great property if you want peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the back porch and took walks in the national forest behind the house. It was close enough to Nederland to go for lunch and dinner and within a short drive to a number of great hiking spots. The previously mentioned hot water issue was taken care of and we had immediate and constant hot water as needed. ”

“We needed a last minute place and were incredibly lucky to find this place. So quiet and cozy. And so close to everything we need it. The host was so friendly and accommodating. Hope it's available the next time we're in town.”

“The good: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi. Very simple to get to Ball Arena. The not so good: Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say……
