“All of us were so excited for our stay at Idaho Springs Cabin but unfortunately, the road leading to the property suffered washouts and damage leading to the house. In a recommended 4WD vehicle with lift kit, it took us 25 minutes to arrive at the house - not what one ever imagined as a travel time throughout the day. Although splendid views, the property outdoors was hardly to little maintained. The interior of the house was beautiful, however we were met with molded toilets and excrement. ……

“The house is charming and well maintained. It feels very new. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness only because the cleaning staff missed a couple of minor things. Overall, we felt very clean and comfortable. The main bedroom upstairs has high windows and a skylight we loved staring through at night. Very peaceful. The sound of the creek made for some good sleep. Idaho Springs and Georgetown have plenty of dining and shopping nearby. Highly recommend!”

“We absolutely loved the house and having snow for the day really made it a Christmas hallmark movie setting .. so picturesque!! The house was just as beautiful.. very clean and I highly recommend!! ”

“I don’t know about the other units, but the one we stayed was exceptional. Clean well decorated, comfortable beds, sheets, towels.. The pictures don’t do justice, however I was told that units are independently owned so they all look different. I learned the advantage of reserving with Expedia is because front desk can help you more. In our case, we got the keys at front desk. We needed a humidifier, extra towels, keys stopped working.
