“We stayed here because this quaint little town was about halfway between Denver International and Breckenridge where we had plans. The place itself was cozy, however the area is unfinished and the driveway area was extremely muddy which transferred into the house. The doormats are small, carpeted and inadequate for the mud and gravel tracked in. “Location was perfect, the underground parking was great, new hot tub was a great way to end the day. A short walk to the lift as well. Very easy drive from the city Only issues were the unit is showing its age, furniture needs to be replaced, bedding was quite old with ripped sheets on the primary bed, pull out couch was over used. Stools were pealing in the dining room. It had the feeling that the home was pulled together from garage sales. Could be a top property with very fixable……

“We had a fantastic overnight stay! Communication with the host was excellent—clear, timely, and helpful from start to finish. “This is the ideal property if you want to have convenient access to the lifts and gondolas at Winter Park. It is literally across the street. Exit the building, cross the street, walk 50 yards to lifts. The unit is clean and well decorated. Most importantly, for me, the bed is super comfortable! The owners are amazing and checked in with me every step of the way. I will definitely be staying here again!”

“Building is in good location. Parking is convenient and covered. Unit is fine but there was no soap in the unit and kitchenette is very minimally supplied. Manager finally got us soap late evening on the 2nd day, not ideal but we survived. Overall pretty good.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this relatively spacious studio condo. Small kitchen had everything we needed. King bed was comfy. Good wifi and provided access to Netflix without using your personal account was a bonus. Convenient access to ski rentals and Gondola. Ski locker on main floor provided easy storage of gear without cluttering the condo. Check in and communication with owner was flawless. Minor drawbacks are longer walk from elevator to condo than most units and need to keep window……

“Our visit to Frasier Crossing in Winter Park was exactly what we wanted and what we expected. This apartment is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub and amenity deck were under construction, but we can tell that having a balcony that leads directly to that area would have been a lot of fun and easy to navigate. (We knew ahead of time about the construction). The communication with Portoro was clear and informative. The information left for us inside……

“We enjoyed our time at the slopes, the condo was great as it was a short walk across the parking lot up the elevator down the hall through the adjacent building to get to the corridor trail (green run that takes you directly to the gondola)The condo was a short walk to visit the base mountain on a day off of skiing for shopping. Very nice to have the basic necessities like coffee, shampoo, soap, towels, and also towels for the hot tub. Comfortable beds, clean, nice sitting area, well equipped……
