“This property was great for a spring break trip with my son. It is an easy walk to the resort, restaurants, and lifts. The condo was clean and had just enough functionality in the kitchen for simple meals. The hot tub was a great addition since it was operational during our stay too. ”

“This unit was close to the gondola and had a heated garage! It was just steps from the hot tub, which was very large and nice. The stairs were easy way to get to the hot tub/spa, parking garage and right out to the street to walk over to the gondola. ”

“The property was perfect! It is conveniently located near the Winter Park Resort, as well as, Fraser and Winter Park towns that offer so many other fun opportunities. We loved the availability of the shuttle that runs to the resort. This was our family’s first trip to Colorado, and it did not disappoint. The home was lovely and had all of the amenities necessary for a worry free trip. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This apartment is in a great location. Convenient to restaurants and shops in Winter Park; very close to the free Lift bus stops to the ski mountain; and less than a 10 minute ride to the resort itself.The kitchen area is well stocked (though the coffee maker needs to be cleaned - I think there is a clog. A minor issue).The only disappointing factor was the building hot tubs were closed for repairs.Phil, the owner, was great to work with, responsive and accommodating!”

“Studio was just as advertised. Very private in the mountains with stunning view and awesome hot tub on rooftop. Easy access.I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice romantic spot to stay in Winter Park. I think the only negative I would stay is that there could have been a little bit more privacy/shades for at night (specifically on the 2 doors). The Studio is attached to a personal residence and there were owners/people home in the main house. Anyone concerned about……
