“The property was really better than good, but not excellent because of the metal spiral staircase. The property is well appointed with all you need in kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were temperapedic style mattress and comfortable. The pillows were not as comfortable. The location is great. The manager was accommodating. I would recommend the home, but with a warning about the staircase.”

“This house was a perfect Christmas getaway for my wife and me, our daughter who lives a couple hours away and our son who flew in from Raleigh. It is wooded and quiet yet just a 45 minute drive into Denver. The house had everything we needed. It was fun to watch the deer outside and we even saw a bobcat! Dennis answered messages within minutes and was very easy to work with. It didn't take long to feel at home. Downtown Evergreen is close and has lots of shops and restaurants. We would……

“My girls absolutely loved watching the fish in the fish tank and exploring out back. A nice place to hibernate during a winter storm. Even if the oven was inoperable (probably from a previous guest cooking a turkey? Smoked to much to use.) We still had a nice stay. The tv is big and gets YouTube so we liked that even if we couldn’t watch the broncos game.Loved all the paintings and peaceful setting. Neighbors are near ,but never saw anyone except their dogs. Really cool location way up coal……
