“Kids absolutely loved the downstairs and the parents enjoyed the upstairs and separation of space. The basketball hoops were amazing. Driveway is a bit sketchy but was really kind of fun to drive up after we finally got in. Great stay overall. ”

“My son and I spent three nights at the house during a ski trip. The place was very comfortable and located close to town. One could easily walk downtown from the home.I really liked the kitchen. It is rare to see cast iron cookware in a rental, but we fried some steaks on it and they came out tasty.The beds were comfortable and the communication with the host was seemless. I would stay there again.”

“Great house for a family gathering. Only small issue was that the listing said there was a hot tub at the clubhouse and it’s out of order. Also no firewood. I highly recommend this house. ”

“Fortunately, the location was terrific with a short walking distance to Main St. Unfortunately, when we arrived the parking permit required for the property was missing. Called VACASA twice to get the permit. Told I would get a call back both times and never got a response. Fortunately the make shift window hanger I made worked so I didn't get a parking ticket. Checking for a ticket everyday was aggravating. The rest of the issues were minor but irritating. The master bathroom toilet constantly……

“Good location. Truly ski in. Short walk to downtown. Garage is great - but it is small. My short bed crew cab did not fit. ”

“My family of 6 stayed here and there was more than enough room! We rented skis from a place in Silverthorne and were able to hang the skis in the garage and leave boots out there. We did not park in the garage because of this but it was very handy to be able to put winter gear on/off just inside the garage and then go into the garage to put boots on and grab skis and make the very short walk to the bus stop. We ski'd in and out of mountain house as the bus drops you off right at the lift. ……
