“Wow! A wonderful trip in a beautiful setting. Fantastic communication and everything as portrayed and described online. Warren is a fantastic host and we can’t say enough about the view, the wildlife we saw and the family time we spent here. Would highly recommend as some of our other family members chose other homes nearby and none were nearly as good as this property. ”

“We stayed at this lovely apartment to attend a concert at Red Rocks. We were about 30min from Red Rocks, one hour from Denver airport. Mountain views were beautiful with a perfect outdoor space including chairs, hammock, and porch swing. The apartment was well appointed with many amenities including kitchen supplies and a washer/dryer. Driveway/road leading to the apartment was steep at times but we had little difficulty in our rented sedan. Evergreen is just down the mountain with several……

“Our stay was amazing! I loved the cabin and how close it was to Evergreen. The host was amazing and easy to get a hold of, if we needed anything. Nice quiet cabin with everything we needed. I loved the outdoor covered porch, it was so relaxing to sit outside having a cup of coffee. ”

“My friends and I spent a day in Golden tubing and enjoying the Coors brewery! We walked to downtown Idaho Springs and enjoyed the restaurants, bars, and great people! We spent a morning at the hot springs and an evening in black hawk losing all our money, but making unforgettable memories! “Beautiful location. Worked out well for our family get together. With people coming from around the country, at different times, I appreciated the ability to arrange early check-in. The home had ample parking and nice outdoor space for morning coffee. Large kitchen and an abundance of bathrooms. They are serious about the drive grade, it is very steep with drop offs on the side. ”

“We had a great stay in Conifer. We were traveling for a weekend concert at Red Rocks and this location was very convenient to all of our activities. The beds were comfortable and clean. The house is very spacious and has a very tranquil setting. Nice patio to enjoy the sunrise and watch the deer that travel through the property. Hot tub was perfect for cool evenings. Enjoyed watching football on Sunday, Tvs and internet worked great. Host was very responsive and had great recommendations for……

“My daughter got married at Mountain View Ranch with Wedgwood in August and this house was perfect for my whole family to stay at. The bridesmaids all got ready in the master bedroom which had plenty of room for 9 bridesmaids to get makeup and hair done before going over to the venue. We loved the back porch with the round tables and chairs, and the living room was large enough for our family of 14 to hang out in at night. Mia was very good at communicating with us.
