We were fortunate since our room was still accessible but it was a busy week and since one of the elevators was out of service the wait time was increased. Also, the change machine was out of order. “The property is amazing. There is construction around the property itself but other than that. I would absolutely recommend the property for a nice vacation!”

"It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it."
