“The property was very nice. The water in the hot tub was slightly green when we arrived. There was a rental the day before we arrived. The property owner states that they have it inspected once a week to make sure the chemicals are good. We purchased the optional accidental insurance just for piece of mind. Once we left the property owner messaged me that we damaged the water in the hot tub and we were going to be charged for replacement. I suggested to the property owner to inspect……
