“Landon was extremely helpful when i called the property and needed assistance a couple of times. We thought the facilities were very nice and liked the area. The elevator could use a little attention as some of the buttons had broken off pieces. Also, the breakfast could add some hard boiled eggs and fruit other than bananas and apples”

“Springhill Suites is a new hotel in the Frederick area. Its location provides easy access to Rt. 15 which is a byway to Baltimore (Rt. 70) and Washington (Rt. 270). The hotel is modern and clean with protections via your room key in the elevators.”

“It's an excellent budget hotel. Room was clean and updated. Hotel common areas were fine. The breakfast was also pretty good - they served scrambled eggs and sausage patties along with all the usual stuff. And the price was right and the only charged $10 extra for my dog. ”

The only comments they had that weren't wholly positive were that the coffee was not good, and it would be good if the reception team were more uniformly dressed. Other thsn thise minor issues, it was a great stay for them, and a great visit for us!”
