“This is a beautiful home with lovely views of the lake. We booked the house so we could attend our daughter’s graduation from Kenyon and found it was just what we needed to regroup between events. It is only about 10 minutes from campus and has a fully equipped open concept kitchen so we were able to have some of our meals away from the overbooked restaurants and dining hall meals. The house is well represented on the website. The photos are accurate but it is even nicer in person. So glad we……

“The cabin was so nice! Everything from the hot tub, the outdoor shower, and the swing beside the river was PERFECT! The bottle of wine and pumpkin bread was an added and nice suprise! Thank you for a wonderful getaway spot!”

“It was a great property and we had a really good time. Quiet property right on the water exactly what we wanted. My only suggestion would be the master bedroom had quite a few old dog pee stains and some smell. The rules are also quite lengthy so it is a bit daunting but nothing outrageous. ”

“Laura and Darrell are amazing hosts! Their cabin is beautiful. They have included so many special touches and amenities in their cabin that you will NEVER find anywhere else. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they had a neon birthday sign. A yummy birthday cake, a birthday card, bottle of wine and meat and cheese platter. The cabin has everything you could possibly want and then some! Hot tub, robes, binoculars, battery candles, lit walkways and bridge. Babbling brook, screened in……

“Overall nice place for the weekend. We were there for a wedding and didn’t spend much time there. Close to a golf course but quiet. Beds on main level were hard and the biggest bedroom the bed was very high off the ground so not for short people or older adults.Hard to find in the dark because driveway is not marked.”

“ The home is very spacious with a beautiful gas fireplace room with a loft above. That room would be so cozy during the winter months. We loved the big windows and being able to see the Mohican River right outside. We enjoyed having a bonfire on the grounds and did get to go tubing on the River! The accommodations worked well for our family and it was nice having lists of other activities, restaurants, shopping downtown, and trails in the area to explore. The house is a little hidden so……
