“Generally a well-maintained condo, except that when I sat on a dining room chair for the first time, it collapsed. I only weigh 120 pounds and had sat down as I normally do. It obviously was already broken and reassembled by whoever did it in such a way that it appeared to be OK, even though one of the legs was detached from the seat.
