“Checkin was easy. Snacks and kitchen area were nice. Nice touches like white noise machine, eye masks, etc were a really unexpected and nice touch. Our room was a bit cramped, and it would’ve been nice to have some plates and cutlery in the kitchen. The microwave was way too loud too. We felt like we were disturbing everyone, every time we used it. ”

“We arrived after dark and there was zero lighting toward the door (had to use iPhone light). Approaching the front door, we saw a bag of garbage ripped open and blocking our path to the door. We moved the garbage and retrieved the key, per directions. The key would not open the door. We attempted multiple times without success. Calls to the host went to an answering machine.
