“Visited St. Louis to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with friends and family. This house was perfect for our small family, and had plenty of space to let our little one run around and play. The crib was an added bonus, as we didn’t need to travel with a pack and play. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook a few meals during our stay. Location is wonderful! Only a few blocks to Tower Grove Park for a daily walk, with coffee shops on the way. Would definitely stay here……

“2 friends and I stayed here for a golf weekend in STL area. The house was clean and very nice. The host gave us a box of golf balls to use; which was a very good touch. Beds were comfy and the hot tub/pool was much needed after 72 holes of golf in 2 days. The shower upstairs is great with many settings. Host was very responsive. Great view of The Arch and skyline.There’s no keypad lock on the door but there’s a lockbox attached to the house that has a code, so it’s still contactless entry.……

“It was very clean and very inviting. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet, except traffic, but it blinds in.Supplies for home ever adequate. I might add a few of the plugs that go in the wall that you can put your phone charger into versus people having to get boxes, cause we didn’t have a box so we had to go buy one.We played clue and had a good time, but maybe adding a deck of cards or a card game like Uno would be good too or a card game family.I have RA and the stairs were a little……

“The property was beautiful! Neighborhood felt safe, and host was so responsive. Definitely would stay here again!”

“Lots of room for all 11 of us & 4 cars. We got a ton of steps going up & down stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked & was great for cooking meals. Some of the bedrooms get really bright in the mornings, but all the beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our time there!”

“The property was well decorated and in a nice neighborhood. There were several “essentials” provided. However, the following essentials were missing: Blankets for the 2 roll away bedsBath towels for 8 guestsKitchen sponges/towelsLaundry detergent I contacted the host right away, which turned out to be a management company out of Vegas. They said they would fix these issues but never supplied the missing essentials. As far as cleanliness, two of the beds had a dirty top sheet and the couch……

“The Jule House is a very spacious townhome. We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults, grandmother, and 2 kids) for 5 nights to see St. Louis and had ample space. The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed - the pictures are very representative. Most of all I would like to remark that the hosts (we communicated with Lauren) were outstanding. The response time is fantastic. We had one minor request and it was solved promptly. The location is great for all St. Louis……
