“We booked a long weekend here for my dad’s 70th birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The home has been nicely updated but still contained plenty of original touches that have it character. The outside space was great! We spent a lot of time on the deck, used the grill and fire pit, and of course the lake! We were very impressed with all of the lake toys the shed offered, especially the kayaks. The inside was set up perfectly for our group and our teenager appreciated her own space……

“We had the best weekend! House was clean and had plenty of room for our 4 families. Brian was an excellent host. From the moment we booked he called and stayed in touch through out the trip to make sure we were good. Lake view was picturesque! We had kids from age 10 to 15 and no one was ever bored. Plenty of entertainment. Fire pit was on a peninsula to the lake and had plenty of seating for our group. The house had every essential item we needed. We will definitely be going back!”

“Beautiful condo with a great patio view of the ocean. Very clean, plenty of parking. Quick drive to historic St Augustine, Anastasia SP, lighthouse. If you plan on fixing and serving meals bring everything you need, no mixing or serving bowls. No containers, ziplock bags, tinfoil or saran wrap. Coffee maker works well. Loved the shower, great water pressure and hot water. Bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner as none of these are provided. There are little hotel soaps, but they do……

“This house was perfect for our family of 7- all adults. There was plenty of space and the floor plan was great to allow everyone their own space as needed. We have rented many houses, condos, cabins and this was the first to have some food items on hand in case we needed it. The only thing I would suggest is to bring any plastic bowls with lids that you might need. With 7 of us, we did need them. However, Dollar General isn’t far and it is cheap. We greatly enjoyed our stay and this is……
