“Excellent stay only 20 mins drive from the historic town of Guimaraes. We had a beautiful double room with a fantasic view down into the valley. The gardens are beautiful, breakfast includes fresh orange juice from the orange trees in the garden. Claudino is very generous with his time and knowledge. ”

“It was very bad weather in Braga and they let me have my room early as I was wet through and my room was ready. This was good. At night I asked if I had already paid for breakfast and they said I hadn't. I asked what the cost was. They did not ask me to reserve or pay, and they said next morning that I couldn't have breakfast because I hadn't reserved it the previous evening. Eventually, and because I could speak Portuguese, they allowed me to have their breakfast. Payment €3.50”
