“I prefer a firm mattress but these beds were nearly as hard as sleeping on the ground. My joints and muscles physically ACHED trying to sleep on this bed. Just turning over made me grit my teeth because I knew how sore I'd be. I do not understand how it's possible to make a mattress so firm. Our TV service also went out without any solution. They offered DVD's but when we said the player was missing staff shrugged and said it must have been broken or previously stolen. We weren't offered any……
