“If you are looking for an amazing house that is just far enough away to give you the peace and quiet but close enough to the park and restaurant to not be inconvenient, look no further. The Townsends are the perfect host. We were greeted at the door to make sure we had everything we needed. They had all the basics stocked…coffee, beverages, water, emergency toiletries and even dog bowls and treats for our pooch! The house was immaculate and comfortable. And the views are to die for. The giant……

“The space and the furniture are of good quality, but we most enjoyed staying here because of the gorgeous views and convenient location. (The view would have been even better if the garbage pails could have been stashed somewhere less conspicuous.) Communication with the owner was efficient and she was very responsive to our questions. The beds are all soft memory foam -- and it should be noted that there are short flights of stairs to the three bedrooms upstairs and the one bedroom……

“The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This property looks like it was renovated. It was a great space, two levels which could be used by two different families. There is a set of washer/dryers both upstairs and down, a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. There are also two living rooms, one on each floor. It is also fairly close to Capitol Reef. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable space, and especially liked the big dining table and the notebook where travelers can leave a message. It was a well thought out rental and……
