“Beautiful rooms, very comfortable and nicely maintained. Interesting, historic building in great location - easy walking distance to many sights in White Town. Nice restaurant food and great cocktails, but a la carte breakfast was not available - only buffet, which was simple but good. Management very friendly and helpful however, restaurant staff not particularly attentive so service could be slow at times. But all in all a very nice place to stay in the centre of Pondy.”

“The place is situated right on promenade and easy to navigate in the neighborhood and the staff was helpful- had difficulty at my 630 am checkout as there was no one to do it - had to do all kinds of gyrations to checkout so I could leave and catch my bus - food is average but there are some decent restaurants in the hood. ”

“Enjoyed our stay here. It is perfectly situated to enjoy both White Town and French Quarter. Reception organised a sightseeing seeing trip for us and also taxi to Chennai with a short visit to Mamallaporum Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel has a good reasonably priced restaurant.”

“This is an exquisite hotel in the old French town in Pondicherry. Although not a heritage hotel, hotel, to their credit, made it a point to make it look so. Kudo. The rooms are luxurious and have all the amenities one would want. The from office staff, two men and a woman whose names I will add in when have access to the paper, were kind, courteous and super-helpful. I had a wonderful time!!!”

“Hôtel situé dans le quartier indien à 20 mn de marche de la « ville blanche » donc bien situé. Accueil remarquable tant au check in qu’au restaurant . Chambre tout confort où tout se pilote sur une tablette ( musique,télévision,climatisation,lumière fermeture des rideaux )très sympa. Breakfast et dîner avec des produits de qualité et à un prix très doux. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine indoor. Au total un hôtel excellent.”

“旧市街の小さなホテルです。スタッフさんは皆感じよく部屋についての説明など丁寧にしてくれました。建物が古いので設備も年季が入っていますが使用には支障ないです。電気ポットや紅茶セットがお部屋にあるのも嬉しいポイントです。原因は不明ですがチェックアウト前日の夜中からWiFiが使えなくなって困りました。それ以外はとても快適に過ごすことができたのでよかったです”

“Attention arnaque! Le plan sur hotels.com montre un hotel sur la plage. Alors qu'il en est eloigné. Ils disent 800 m de la promenade alors qu'il s'agit de 800 m du bord de plage. Malgré l'erreur de localisation, ils n'ont pas accepté ma demande d'annulation pour mes deux nuitees que j'ai finalement pris ailleurs. Attention ce problème concerne les deux hôtels du même groupe qui sont situés tous les deux à proximité sur la plage ”

“Handily located in the delightful city of Puducherry, the Atithi is modern and comfortable. It is not a resort hotel but has great staff, spacious rooms and a great roof-top swimming pool. If I had any issues, the pool could do with some shady areas. Cleanliness in the big rooms and bathrooms was generally good though they didn’t seem to often wipe the windows! Quite a lot of smears. Breakfast was excellent.”
