“This is a beautiful, well taken care of home! The views from the kitchen, dining, bedrooms, multiple porches and the dock were awesome. The decor in the home is charming! The owner has everything there that you could possibly need…kitchen items, plenty of seating, games, puzzles, books, extra blankets, etc. It’s a beautiful area to take walks as well. There are places close by to grab coffee, sandwiches, lobsters, oysters, clam chowder, etc. The owner of the home is very nice and responds……

“Melanee’s cottage was the perfect getaway for the two of us. The cottage is cozy with a well equipped kitchen and wifi but the real selling point is the view of the water. It’s a serene setting that affords a relaxing way to end each day. You will be an easy 10 minute drive from beautiful Damariscotta and all points down the peninsula are no more than 30 minutes away. Be sure to take in the views from the Pemaquid Point lighthouse! The cottage is also convenient to historic Waldoboro and all……

“Had trouble getting in the rental, outdoor area leaves and sticks in it, several spiders and webs were found, no broom or dustpan after communicating with Vaccasa someone was supposed to drop the broom and dustpan off, that didn't happen we bought one ourselves, there were fungi growing in the shower area. I have owned vacation rentals and used vrbo to rent it, my place never looked this.”
