“This classic hotel, in near-constant service since the 19th Century, is a pleasant place to rest after a busy day. It is near the riverfront walk, and the town of Rising Sun is a calm place to spend some time. Just outside of town is a wolf refuge that is well worth the time to visit, and the drive along the river from and to the Interstate is beautiful. “The cabin has a wonderful rustic charm with adorable decor. This place was perfect for our family vacation and family reunion. The kids loved running around and playing in the creek. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the needed equipment. My son wants to come back with his friends. The decks were the “go to spots”in the evening. Morning coffee was enjoyed on the big front deck watching river activity and some beautiful sunrises. This trip was very relaxing! ”
