“Nonsmoking room was clearly used for smoking with cigarette burns in the bedding as proof. Not well cleaned, soap left in shower. Service not very friendly, doors locked indicating not the best area. Cheap hotel with no cable”

“Front desk lady Ms.Jessica was very nice,helpful and knowable.Gave me good information and clear direction about Knoxville areas. Rooms were clean, comfortable . We requested for two rooms near and we got them both side by side that was really excellent service .”

“Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. ”

“Carla, at the front desk, who gave us a ride to the airport was wonderful. Its a basic economy hotel. That should explain everything else ”
