“Our stay was super comfortable. The apartment is ideally located and has quality furnishings. So often these rentals skimp but this one certainly did not! Host was very responsive and helpful.Only caution would be for light sleepers - the train passes nearby and blows its whistle/horn throughout the night. Didn’t bother us, but be warned. We loved our stay here and will be back!”

“The apartment/condo is cool. Liked the vibe. A couple of things to keep in mind if you stay here: 1) like other reviews, it is right on a street that is probably very loud on the weekend. We stayed on a Sunday night, so it was pretty mellow, but I can only assume that it is crowded with university students at the bars on Friday/Saturday. It is also right on the train tracks. I personally love trains coming by, but some people do not. 2) Be prepared for stairs. Doesn't bother me too much, but was……

“We stayed here with another family and their daughter. There was plenty of room and bathrooms and also a great location! We were there for a TN football game and visit with friends! We will come again! ”

“From the moment we walked through the door, we were comfortable and knew we could expect an enjoyable weekend visiting our UT student. The property was spacious and extremely clean and had an abundance of blankets, towels, kitchen supplies and more. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the warm 60 degree temperatures with long walks at the nearby UT Botanic Gardens and enjoyed sitting outside on the property courtyard. We look forward to our next stay and would happily……

“The condo was nice and had good mattresses. Needed better pillows and more quilts for cold weather. It also could have been supplied with a few more towels. I was satisfied. It also had a gate with code if thats what you want.”

“Place was exactly as advertised and the owners/managers were very friendly and responsive when needed. Location was great - close to park entrance, walkable to grocery store, coffee shop, and a couple of restaurants. It is "in town" so no crazy mtn dirt roads to navigate. ”

“We were wowed as soon as we opened the door. Clean, very nicely decorated, spacious, beds are comfortable, it was nice that it was in a gated community, peaceful, quiet,. It was so nice I contacted the host to be able to book again. I also FaceTime my parents and they wanted information to able to book in the future.”

“Very Clean. Well equipped for cooking and storing leftovers. I loved the rooftop patio - I only wish I had so many friends in Knoxville! Location was perfect - close the Market Square, close to the River Walk, close to UTK campus. It was quite expensive - but it was a game weekend. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. Thank you!”

“It is really nice. Just a couple things for improvement. Need a book of instructions, especially how to use the tvs, lights,etc. would be nice to include restaurants nearby and local attractions. Contact information also. Some also have a book that visitors can write in that helps others. You can also track why/who is staying in your VRBO. We had an issue with smoke detector and the contact lives too far away to fix it. Had to send someone else. Seems like it would need to have……

“We loved this property and plan to return! Kelly is so organized and thought of everything you may need while staying there. The house was so clean, everything was labeled, the kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of nice towels available. The game room was a huge hit with our 2 boys. Highly recommend!”

“Loved the condo, had everything we needed, even nice spices. Sitting on the patio, watching and listening to the water. Had ducks, geese and a kingfisher to entertain us. Off the main road nicely but easy access to the grocery store and shops. Making plans for next year!”

“Overall, it was a great place to stay. The apartment had some quirks like low ceilings, low shower head, and many corners were not 90 degrees. However, it was clean, everything was nice, and it worked perfectly for what we needed it for. Not to mention the price was good. Since it is only about a 5 minute walk from my son’s house, we will definitely be staying there again.”
