“We booked to run the Knoxville Marathon. It was great walking distance to the start/finish line under the Sunsphere and to the downtown square. The space was beautifully modernized and offered great appliances. Would definitely stay again!”

The property is walking distance to Gay Street and parking was very convenient. The house has everything you would need for a stay. Beds were very comfortable. A real treat. Thank you.
