“Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was fantastic. ”

“T-Lea farm was so nice to stay at. We were close to family, and the grounds were beautiful! From walking the trails to feeding the horses, it was lovely! “The house was so cute! It was very quiet even with neighbors around and others. We did hear someone playing drums lol. I enjoyed taking a cup of coffee and just sitting in the screened in porch in the mornings, I don’t eat breakfast so that’s my quiet time. There is no cell service if you have Verizon but if you have AT&T you do. I didn’t care that I didn’t have any, I enjoyed it. We didn’t even watch TV.
