We will be back and the best part, we seen a beautiful bear just claiming walking around the back of the condo. No fear, just in amazement that it felt comfortable to walk pass as we weren’t there. “Peaceful. Great location. Loved the sounds of the river flowing from the balcony! ”

“We had a great time in our three nights at the Chateau apt. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg and walkable which is important as parking averages 20 . But tbe walk back would be hard for anyone over 70 as it is quite steep. There is too much to do in a day or two. There is something for everyone. ”

“A bad made noise headboard hitting against the wall. The Jacuzzi tub jets did not work too good in it. The blinds on the sliding door needs to be replaced. Construction was going on while we stayed there. Replacing gutters had to come through our room to get to the roof interrupted my nap. ”

“We were very pleased with the area and the accommodations.”

“Our stay was perfect! It was nice to be removed from all the chaos downtown Gatlinburg but close enough to get there within minutes. The location was ideal, enchanting with the water flowing freely below the building and serene. We did get the opportunity to see black bears during our visit, it was incredible! The condo itself was comfortable, the bed was amazing, and we slept like babies. The condo owner accepts pets, which was wonderful. We were disappointed the pool was closed; however, it……

“We had a great experience room was clean except we found two towels with big shoe prints on them where they had been walked on before we got there or something.Other than that it was a great experience and seemed clean and within walking distance to alot of the attractions and dining.”
