“We've stayed at multiple rentals. On top of a mountain, wooden cabins and everything in-between. This duplex was perfect for us. Just what we needed. Close to everything! And no windy roads to maneuver! It has 2 kings beds. We only sleep in the back bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Hom was very clean! Does have a hot tub but we didn't get to use it. The water temp in the house and water pressure was great! Washer and dryer was a just a plus! We don't have anything negative to mention……

“We arrived at the property in the afternoon of May 8, 2025. The children were amazed at driving up the mountains side for the highway was narrow and curvy. We got to the condo and went inside. The condo was very clean and we had a satisfying stay. I would highly recommend this property to others.”

“Loved the wrap around balcony with Mountain Views! We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the well stocked cooking supplies. We also appreciated the faith based encouragement and decor throughout. Very easy to get to anything in Pigeon Forge! ”

“We only slept here but it was perfect. The location was good. We walked to dinner at The Local Goat one night. The condo was as expected it seemed to have everything you would need in the kitchen but we did not use any of it. Nice place!”

“Great location. Easy check in process. Elevator only went down once but maintaince fixed that fairly quickly. The bed in one of the rooms was extremely high and difficult to get into. Need to provide a set of steps. Also ceiling fan made horrible noise on low so unable to use it. ”

“The condo was really nice. It was very clean, nice decor. The only things we found were the kitchen needed potholders...as we cooked and did not have any to get items out of the hot oven. A bigger couch would be nice and inaccurate TV guide. Loved it. Would stzy again!!!”

“We had a great time at the Bigfoot festival and spending the weekend in this condo. It was hard to find it first, but when I reread the directions from the owner, it made perfect sense. The sign for Riverside village needs to be a little closer to the road so that it can be seen at night. Spotless clean, kitchen will equipped, and plenty of room for all four of us to sit and relax. Great time! If we come to Townsend again we will certainly consider staying here.”

“My family had the best time. Very accommodating for coming and going, close to everything. It was perfect for my kids ages ranging from 2-11. Host was kind and very quick responding! ”

“Overall the condo was excellent in reference to location and cleanliness. We have stayed in various units with this complex and they are all very similar in nature. Love the location and easy access to everything without being in the hustle bustle of the crowds.”

“Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”

“The only down side to the stay was that it could have been a little cleaner. Had a few dust bunny's in certain areas. The floor also is separated in a few locations and there are some holes in the interior which is just a downside for the price. Everything else was very enjoyable and we loved the fire place.”
