“We absolutely adored this schoolhouse cottage. It was everything we needed as a family of 4 for a Pigeon Forge getaway. The location was amazing! We were within a 3-7 min drive to everything in Pigeon Forge and 15-20 mins to Gatlinburg attractions. One thing we really found to be special was this cottage was one level and fully wheelchair accessible. “My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!”

“I was looking for a mountain retreat/getaway for my husband and I while I had work in the area and found this hideaway. It is very remote from town, fishing was great, and the cabin was spacious enough for us. We even had "Harry" the duck greet us. She was so entertaining. “This property was more than we could have hoped for. It was me, my wife, and our dog. I particularly liked the quiet location where the dog and I could explore without worrying about traffic on our long walks. Pretty convenient to town yet very secluded. The 100 year old concrete bridge that leads to the property is fantastic. We would love to stay again the next time we come to Maryville. ”
