“There was no one working at the registration desk and I was unable to check in. I spent 1.5 hrs calling a number posted number in the office to check in. After 20 plus calls to multiple numbers I had to pay for other lodgings. Very poorly run! I would definitely not recommend!”

“Home was amazing and accurate in description we had everything we needed . The host was wonderful . Game room and hot tub was very nice, location nice and close to attractions but away from crowd .. kitchen fully stocked with dishes and pans everything we needed for family meal . There was lots of space and room to accommodate. The balcony’s were also amazing to set on and listen to nature .. Bears visited us came rite up to the balcony.. we loved the home , the host and everything.. was clean……

“Exactly as described. We took 12 adults and 7 kids and had more than enough room. Loved how well equipped the kitchen was and hosts provided enough toiletries, extra dish soap and trash bags (most rentals do not). Little conveniences that were very much appreciated. You’re right off the main highway in Pigeon Forge and everything was so convenient. Hosts were very friendly and responded quickly. We left our daughter’s toy by accident and they offered to ship it back to us, never had this offered……

“Great place. Drive way is very steep, we drive a Silverado found it easiest to drive all the way down to the garage and then back up to the end of the hill so you can then drive forward back up the hill. Only thing that was disappointing was the propane tanks where not filled like was told us in and they wanted us to spend our money to fill them instead of offering to come fill them for us. Beds are very squishy and the bunk bed squeaks really bad that we ended putting the mattress on the floor.……

“Place was exactly as seen in the pictures and described in the listing - if not better. No issues with check in or during our stay, but the manager did email us during our stay and provided means to comminicate if needed. Overall, a great stay and we are thinking about coming back again next year.”
