“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights. Usually we stay at Hilton's but we really enjoyed this for the price! Breakfast every morning was great. Staff was friendly. The pool is shared with the neighboring hotel which we did not know but it did not affect anything. Kids still had a great time. At night you can walk up the hill behind the hotel and catch fireflies as it is dark and quiet! Dollywood and GSMNP are both very close and easy to access via car. ”

“We enjoyed this place for our family as we were in town for an event at the LeConte center. It was nice that if sone of our party didn't have to be there as early, they could walk to the event center. It is also very close to the Ripkin baseball fields. The 1 bedroom suite style was very nice for our family of 5 to have a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement is to open breakfast a tad earlier.
