“Great place! I have MS so no steps was important and the big walk-in shower also had a built-in bench so I could sit down if I needed to. This villa was very clean. Also had everything we needed. It was located in a very quiet area. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch.”

“Nicely updated property in convenient location. There was an issue with housekeeping service (they neglected to clean unit) but property manager made it right immediately. Quick communication and immediate solution. So still rating 5 stars.”

“Everything in the place was new and mostly clean (a lot of dust bunnies and dead asian beetles). We literally had everything we needed to cook all the meals we cooked. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything a family needs. The coffee bar was adorable and was a huge surprise. Loved the decor. Location was central to Everything! The hot tub was very nice after a long day of walking around doing all the tourist things. The washer and dryer were great. I would definitely stay here again if……

“We normally use our rci to stay at this same resort but because of a last min decision there was none available through them. I found this one listed and it was exactly the same as if we used our points. The owner emailed me shortly after booking so she could add us as a guest and then the resort confirmed shortly after that we were all set with the booking. Thanks for having this available will use again if we are booking on short notice.”

“Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”

“The only down side to the stay was that it could have been a little cleaner. Had a few dust bunny's in certain areas. The floor also is separated in a few locations and there are some holes in the interior which is just a downside for the price. Everything else was very enjoyable and we loved the fire place.”
