“Property was just as advertised. Modern Charm was a perfect name for this townhouse. Nice size and well appointed. It was a townhouse but felt very private. Very good location and if I was to return I would stay again”

“Condo was great very clean I’m handicapped and the condo was on the ground floor easy to get around the unit enjoyed having my coffee in the morning on the patio would highly recommend any questions we had were addressed promptly ”

“The kitchen was perfect with all the utensils and tools needed. Also pleased that some spices were available from previous guests. The condo was set up perfectly with a bonus 1/2 bath on the main floor (that was a surprise). This location is steps to the grocery store and local restaurants. Furniture was comfortable and beds also. The communication with the host was quick when needed. One thing to note there are stairs involved since this is a 2nd story unit. No problem for us but I wasn't……
