“We had a great time at the Bigfoot festival and spending the weekend in this condo. It was hard to find it first, but when I reread the directions from the owner, it made perfect sense. The sign for Riverside village needs to be a little closer to the road so that it can be seen at night. Spotless clean, kitchen will equipped, and plenty of room for all four of us to sit and relax. Great time! If we come to Townsend again we will certainly consider staying here.”

“This quiet property is on the lower level which is super handy. It is decorated nicely, is clean and had everything we needed. The patio is really nice to hear the river and watch the birds from. We especially like that eateries are in walking distance and we look forward to going back!”

“This was our third stay and it is perfect for visiting our college children. The beds are so comfortable and everything is always clean. The patio out front is a great place to gather and grill out. The location can’t be beat!”

“Stayed while visiting family in Knoxville. It's easy to get to even though it feels remote. It's actually two miles from pretty much any amenity you'd need (grocery, drug store, chain shopping and food). Super clean and "efficient." Host provided the information we needed. ”

“We’ve rented this place 3-times now. Each time it has proven to be a peaceful refuge after long days of hiking. The owners are very responsive. Highly recommended. ”

“I booked this property for the Big Ear music festival. The location is close to the university of Tennessee and downtown. So much packed into a small spot. The bed was super comfortable. I stayed 6 nights and it was a great stay. ”

“Unit was very clean, updated, great location and quiet neighborhood. Only con was the listing misleading on the accommodations. Pictures online stated the unit sleeps 6 (which I guess it does), but the site showed 3 beds. One picture is the same bed. The extra bed is a fold out floor mattress in the closet. Otherwise it was great.”

“The house was perfect for our family of 8 staying here for a volleyball tournament in Knoxville. Was a quick 15 minute drive to downtown. The house was spotless and communication with the owner was great. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“We enjoyed our visit. The property was as advertised and well suited for our visit to the Smokies. We had an issue with the access code to the property but both the property manager and owner responded quickly and got us in. I would use this property on a future visit. ”

“This was the cutest and coziest cabin I’ve stayed in. It fit all our requirements with a hot tub, fire pit, plus modern features inside. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub while it was raining under the covered deck. The cabin is as close as you can get to Cades Cove. It was charming and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!”
