“The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. ”

“This was a lovely and convenient place to stay for visiting UTK. We were there for orientation and getting to campus was so easy….about a 5 minute walk to the student center. The parking was a major bonus. We were there when school was off so parking was ample. I am not sure about during the school year.
