“What more can I say? Perfect!”

“The Tiny House is small but the spaces inside feel full size. Check-in was very easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen amenities are limited but fine for a short stay. Note no dishwasher, but again for our short visit and just two people only doing breakfast at the house, it was very acceptable. Would definitely book again for another visit. ”

“Beautiful spot and beautiful home! Super well appointed cozy and relaxing. Responsive and helpful host on site, but separate house. Close to UTK. Stayed here before move in at the university. Left car packed with roof rack and basket on tow hitch overnight. Private secluded parking. Wished we stayed longer! The host even gave us tomatoes from her garden, which were delicious! Highly recommend!”

“Had a great time easy to get in and out. I would stay here again. Clean and very nice. ”

“I was looking for a mountain retreat/getaway for my husband and I while I had work in the area and found this hideaway. It is very remote from town, fishing was great, and the cabin was spacious enough for us. We even had "Harry" the duck greet us. She was so entertaining. The dock straight out the back door and the upper screened porch was the highlight. Take the boat out too! Like others, the shower is workable.The only con for me was the Wifi. I knew signal may present a challenge in the……

“Marsha and Gordon are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and responsive to anything you need or inquire about. The home is exactly like the pictures depict and was so quiet and relaxing we didn’t want to leave!”

“We were in Maryville with Daughter and Granddaughters before and while they went to Montvale Camp. Very close by and convenient. Accommodations were perfect for our needs. While they were at camp, we went to Cades Cove Stables for a Carriage Ride and on another day we drove into Gatlinburg to look at rentals for another TN trip. Elijah was very helpful. We had a nice dinner at Aubreys. We had groceries delivered from Kroger and we got best price on gas at Kroger fuel.”

“This place was incredible, so so peaceful well thought out designed. I wasn't able to spend the time id like too. Didnt get chance to go down to the river access like id planned but i did stop and look at it on one morning walk. So impressive. I booked this place for my motorcycle trip the parking was perfect. The entry security gate made me feel safe leaving out for our day rides. It was very clean well preped and the the hot tub after long day ride was heaven. Love love this place and hoping……
