The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. “It was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable (bring your own pillow these may not be for everyone) the area was quiet and safe. It was just the right amount of distance from the parkway’s noise but close enough to be there in a few minutes. We arrived a few hours early, we messaged the owners for permission to enter before 4pm they replied within minutes and said the unit was clean and ready for our arrival. We will definitely stay again ”

“This condo is the PERFECT place for any visit to the Pigeon Forge area and here are our reasons: -on a scenic river that were waded in and skipped rocks -very clean condo -easy to use gas fireplace and air hockey table -the linens/blankets/towels were high quality -location: you are .5 mile off the main strip, but on the patio overlooking the river, you can't hear any noise so it's peaceful yet close to the attractions/restaurants -the owner was very accommodating and gave communications so……
