“My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!”

“Plenty of space for 9 people. Hot water tank was huge! Lol Our grandsons enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and fire ring. Host was awesome and very prompt with his replies. We had a great stay! Would book again!”

“We loved everything about this property! The house was clean and laid out fantastic for our family of 4 - however it could have easily accommodated more. The location to Pigeon Forge was fantastic - we didn't know our spring break overlapped with Rod Run - but the location of the house allowed us to use back roads to skip the traffic. The hot tub was super hot and clean, the shower water was hot with great water pressure, the beds were comfortable. We were so busy with activities in town……
