“Excellent!! Very cool location. Clean and new unit/building. New appliances. Very industrial decor…. Nice! The sliding barn doors are cool but can be very loud, especially at night! The listing states that there is limited toilet paper but the rolls were half used when we arrived. There is a convenient store right across the street so that’s nice for grabbing necessities. Washer and dryer in the unit but the washer runs a long cycle so they could supply more bath towels just for convenience.……

“This place was great. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Very clean very close to everything. Parked car in parking garage and left it until we left. Everything was within walking range. Would highly recommend. Will definitely try to stay there again when we come back. ”

“Perfect for a weekend to see Knoxville! Clean space, comfortable bed and great bathroom. Easy self check-in. The only suggestion is to replace the futon with a regular sofa or modern convertible sofa. The foam topper and futon mattress shifts when sitting on it making it hang way over the frame. The sheet covering all this takes away from the otherwise nice space.”

“Came to town to spend some time with a friend and see family for a few days! This loft was exactly what I was hoping for. It was in a great location right off of Gay Street but is on the back side of the building so was very quiet. The unit has big windows with lots of natural light and a great view of the sunrise if you’re up early enough! I had what I needed to make meals in the kitchen, but also enjoyed being able to walk out the door to amazing restaurants. A great stay!”

“Clean, well appointed for a one night stay. Walking distance to many nice spots for eating, shopping, entertainment. Knoxville recently changed their parking accessibility and charges, so that was a frustrating experience, but no fault of the host.”
