“Kate and Ian were very friendly and welcoming . The property is stocked with everything you could need and is very clean. Ian and Kate were both very willing to help if there were any questions. Ian had to show us how the electric Aga worked which was simple once you knew how. They provided us with some lovely fresh eggs from their chickens. Really was a great base for the holiday. "The staff are friendly and proactive in offering assistance (Special thanks to Roxana for her kind assistance)The hotel is conveniently located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and is approximately a ten-minute walk from both the train station and the bus stop. The room is well-lit and tidy, although the drainage in the washbasin is somewhat clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. This is my third stay at the hotel, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bath."
