“Everything was amazing ”

“The property was beautiful and location was fantastic. The views are just incredible especially from the oceans buildings. The room accomodations at the Oceans bldg were recently renovated and look great!! have to commend management/ ownership for this. We opted for the all- inclusive package. The food menu for dinner at pureocean restaurant needs to be better. Breakfast options were great. Surfside restaurant was a better option for dinner. Although majority of the staff were very friendly……

“With the assistance of desk staff , Tacoma, a personal property loss at the airport was resolved with his efficiency, knowledge, and kindness. kudos to him! Property appears to be in need of renovation and updated maintenance. Stairs difficult without a working elevator. No ability to lock the sliding doors to ground level balcony. AC less than adequate - never got room temperature below 80*”

“Super nice place! Idalia and Ivana were so welcoming and helpful! Love the design, location and service. One point of improvement could be the breakfast, which for the price of the stay has few options and the portions are small, but the quality is good!! Anyway, it's a quaint place and i would definitely stay hwre again and recommend to anyone. Loved it!”
