“The only reason in Monclova, is for business. Very small town so not many hotel selections. The One is a chain hotel, and we stayed in Queretaro one too. No surprise but it's ok since there are not too many selections. Breakfast is free but not tempting at all. After all, it's a business hotel, clean and simple, you can't ask more!! By the way, shower head isn't adjustable, and toilet paper quality is really bad. Other than that, great hotel service! Wifi is excellent!!!”

“Great service, very clean, rooms, outside, lobby, etc. Great place for breakfast, portions and price are great. Again, the personnel is well trained. We had a few hours without water due to a tech issue but the staff was great at keeping us informed and send us some snacks and drinks to help compensate… well done!”
