“Have stayed at this location at least 6 times. Feel very comfortable here. View of the harbor is wonderful. Availability for parking is essential. Great kitchen and appliances. Washer/dryer is great. Response from owner is immediate. The problems we had this time have happened every time we have stayed. The tv connection is impossible to correct. Even when assistance was provided by the wonderful technician working for the owner, the tv's still are inconsistent from day to day, losing signals,……

“We enjoyed the apartment very much. there is only one parking place so that can be tricky if two groups are meeting up for a stay. There isn't a ton of parking in this residential area but you will find it if you wander a little. The apt. is well appointed and comfortable. We liked hanging out there and it was Quiet!”

“The kids got to swim, jump off a floating platform, kayak & canoe, fish, roast marshmallows by the fire, and help me grill dinner. If any of these is your goal then this is a fantastic place to do it. There's also rentals for boats and jetskis nearby. The swim area is shaded starting in the afternoon. Property also included paddles for the kayaks/canoe as well as the requisite life jackets you'd need to go out. It's shared space, but we didn't have a problem finding a kayak or sharing the fire……

“This was a perfect base camp for my annual fall foliage (leaf peeping) trip! Easy to get to Conway, NH or multiple areas throughout Maine (Oxford, Rangley, Portland). Condo was exactly as described, had more than enough sleeping space, fully stocked kitchen and the bathroom essentials were a nice little touch! Will definitely look at stay again in the future. Brad & Kristen were awesome, easy to communicate with, and had a nice binder made up of area suggestions! Recommend staying here!”

“We had the most wonderful stay at Stacy and Ernesto’s place in the Old Port of Portland. The apartment is stunning, decorated with an artistic eye and super comfortable. They took into consideration everything a guest might want, including comfortable mattresses, with soft pillows and bedding, and cozy throws for the couch, a kitchen outfitted nicely for anyone who likes to cook, including a coffee bean grinder and electric tea kettle, games and jigsaw puzzles, and even a starter set of……

“Easy to get to, conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, shops, and downtown. There are stairs to climb, which didn't bother us, but be mindful as it is on the 3rd floor. Parking is only available on the street, and it was hard to find a spot close by the condo. But, we eventually did park close, so it worked out. We would definitely book this place again and again!”
